Golden Sands, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl, Denbighshire, North Wales (Ref.102607)

My 3 bedroom caravan is a home away from home situated on Golden Sands 5 star resort near Rhyl, North Wales.  It is situated in a prime position with breath taking uninterrupted sea views and beautiful sunsets.  I am seconds away from the stunning beach and coastal path.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the pots and pans you will need to cook a lovely family meal.  The open plan living consists of a large comfortable lounge area with 32" flat screen TV with freeview for you to enjoy.  The dining area has plenty of seating where you can appreciate good food and fantastic sea views.There is 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms.  They have ample storage and are heated. Bedding is provided. There is a separate toilet and hand basin and a shower room with a double shower and hand basin (towels not supplied).

PLEASE NOTE: ALSO, 4, 6 OR 8 WEEKS DURING THE WINTER AS IT IS A 12 MONTH SITE SO IF YOU SITE CLOSES PLEASE CHECK PRICES AND AVAILABILITY WITH ME. 

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of £250.00 will secure your booking with the remaining balance paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Also, a £200.00 breakage deposit is required upon check in which you will get back if there is no damage/breakages and the caravan is left clean and tidy as you found it.  If the damage exceeds £200 this will be chargeable and must be paid within 28 days of receipt of invoice.

Any personal injury/loses that you or anyone in your party have during your stay is your responsibility only and I will not be held responsible.

Late cancellations will result in you losing full payment.

PLEASE NOTE:  It is compulsory for all holiday makers to register at reception before/after you have checked in.  The form must be completed not just so you can purchase the entertainment passes but the park must be aware of who is on the park as part of health and safety reasons at all times. If a form has not been completed you are in breach of the health and safety of the park.

This is a strictly NON-SMOKING static home and NO PETS are allowed.  Any evidence of either will result in you losing your breakage/damage deposit.  NO PETS are permitted as our licence does not permit this and is for the safety of all on park.

There really is something for everyone, the holiday park is literally a stone's throw from the sandy beach and is perfectly located close to the lively and fun-filled seaside town of Rhyl, so there is plenty to keep the whole family entertained!

The park boasts some great facilities such as an indoor heated pool, a family club, indoor play area, a multi sports court and an amusement arcade to name a few, in the evening, why not pay a visit to the chip shop, have a drink in the bar with the family, or relax with a delicious meal in the restaurant. You're spoilt for choice at Golden Sands!
