Welcome to my three bedroom, pet friendly caravan on Broadlands Drive. New for 2025. 

Perfect spot with open views over the golf course. Five minute, pleasant walk to Tetney Marsh and the beach and a ten minute walk to the complex. Bus stop opposite the Drive. 

Wrap around veranda with table and chairs to enjoy the view.

Lounge with feature electric fire, smart 32" television with dvd player and books and games. 

Kitchen with full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave/grill.

Double bedroom with tv, and two twin bedrooms all with protectors and bedding.

Bed linen is not included, but can be hired at £8/£4 or you are welcome to bring your own.

Central heating throughout and double glazing. 

Pets are included in the price, no additional costs.

If your particular date is not listed, please ask, I can offer any combination of dates with a minimum of two nights.

Payment is preferably by bank transfer but will accept a cheque if more than 6 weeks till your holiday.

A £75 deposit/security bond is required to confirm your booking and must be recieved within 7 days of your booking or the booking may be re-let. Your deposit /security bond will ONLY be returned after the caravan has been checked,it is left how you found it, clean, tidy & no breakages or damage and no terms & conditions were broken during your stay. Any evidence of smoking or a strong smell of smoking in the van will result in the loss of the bond. 

CANCELLATION POLICY - APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone me in the first instance and NOTIFY ME IN WRITING within 3 days.

The security deposit is non-refundable in the event of  any cancellation. It is only refundable within 7 days of the end of your holiday, pending satisfactory caravan inspection.

Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to start of holiday; full refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation from 6 to 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; 50% refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; no refund.

If the balance of your holiday is not received by 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, it may be cancelled and re-let with no notification.

BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A COMPLETED AND SIGNED BOOKING FORM.

Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park (formerly Thorpe Park Holiday Centre) is the ticket to a terrific time with the loved ones. There are thrills like the Marina Bar & Stage and action-packed Adventure Village, the smashing outdoor Space Bowl flume, coupled with places to kick back and relax like the lovely lazy river. Play a round or two on the nine-hole golf course with the family or take some time to cast out on our fishing lake and recharge in the peaceful surroundings. Whatever way you choose to spend your holiday, a good time is guaranteed at Cleethorpes Beach. The Lazy River is usually open from the end of May until the beginning of September (weather permitting).
