This Swift Bordeaux caravan is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Osprey area of the park, close to all amenities. It has Central Heating and Double Glazing throughout. Well behaved pets are allowed, covers must be used if allowing them on the furniture. No smoking or vaping is allowed either inside the caravan or on the decking area.

The swimming pool, reception, shop, children's play area are a short walk away & just a 5 minute walk from the entertainment complex.

A spacious Lounge area includes a comfortable 4 seater (with double pull-out bed) & 2 seater sofa, coffee table with 2 pouffe stools. Dining table with 4 chairs & 2 foldaway (space-saving) chairs. Electric fire, wall mounted  flatscreen TV/ DVD player with freeview. Radio with Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling. Free WiFi.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer,  dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill & hob, kettle, toaster, air fryer, egg bolier, toasted sandwich maker and all pots & pans etc. There is also provided an iron & ironing board, hoover.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe storage and an ensuite toilet. The 2 twin bedrooms contain single beds with cupboard storage. The single beds are free standing and can be pushed together to make further doubles. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD player. The bathroom has a shower unit with wash hand basin and toilet.  

For the younger guests, we provide a high chair.

A fire extinguisher, fire blanket, carbon monoxide detector & smoke alarm are all fitted for your safety.

Outside, a paved patio area where a picnic bench table is provided, Also a coffee table, 2 singles & 1 double seat rattan furniture on the wrap-around gated decking area. In storage box will be, 4 sun-loungers, 2 bikes (with stabilisers) age 3 to 5 yes old (1 boys & 1 girls), buckets, spades & fishing nets.

There is alongside parking for 1 vehicle. Communal parking for extra vehicles 20 metres away.

All duvets & pillows are provided, bed sheets, pillow cases & quilt covers are not. Please bring your own towels & t-towels.

£50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to hire start date. Bookings within 6 weeks of hire start date have to be paid in full.  A £50 refundable security breakages/damages bond is also required. Payments can be made by cheque or Bank transfer. Installment plan can be arranged.

(NB. Passes are available from the Park reception and are not part of the holiday hire.)

Cancellations due to Pandemic circumstances, alternative dates can be offered/arranged, or all monies paid will be refunded (including deposit).
