Privately owned, recently renovated 6-berth family caravan with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, in a great location on the park, with outside seating on the secure decking, picnic bench on grass area, good views and private parking bay at rear of caravan. 

Our caravan is situated a short walk away from the main area and shops but far enough away from the noise of the main entertainment complex.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms, one double, a twin room with two single beds and a room with bunk beds. Please enquire if you require 8 guests as we can use our pull out bed in the lounge.

We have a main bathroom with toilet and shower, plus a separate toilet.

There are modern electric oil filled heaters in the bedrooms and bathroom, and an electric panel heater in the lounge/kitchen area.

The lounge consists of a comfortable corner sofa and a dining area bench with fold down solid wood table and 4 chairs which stored inside the table, which is great for freeing up space. A new 43” smart TV (2023), a DVD player with a selection of family DVDs. A sound system is available which can accept a 3.5mm aux line in..

We provide a selection of games for you to enjoy, plus DVD's for the DVD player..

The caravan is fitted with Wi-Fi which our guests can utilise during their stay free of charge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tableware, cutlery and cooking accessories. There is a gas oven and hob, a microwave plus kettle, toaster, ¾ size fridge/freezer. We also fitted a slim-line dishwasher so you don't have to wash up.

We have a table top ironing board and iron available for use and a hairdryer is situated in the main bedroom.

For young children we have travel cot, bedding is not provided so please bring your own, if this is used one of the beds in the twin bedroom would have to be moved to make space for the cot, it does not fit in the main bedroom. . There is a travel booster seat which attaches on to oue of our dining chairs for meal times It is not a full high chair though.

We are dog owners so dogs have been inside our caravan, therefore anyone with a dog/pet allergy may not be suited to stay at our caravan.

We are happy to consider pets at our caravan, for an extra charge of £20 per dog and a maximum of 2 dogs may stay.

Gas and Electricity are included in the price of your holiday.

Smoking is not permitted
Owners are non-smokers, therefore smoking & vaping is not permitted in the caravan nor on the decking at any time.

Check-In/Out

Beds are made up upon arrival. Check in is from 3pm. Please check out by 10.00am.

Entertainment in the Park

Haven Entertainment passes are not included in the price of your stay

PLEASE NOTE: Short breaks in our caravan commence on a Friday for 3 night weekend or Mondays for a 4 night mid-week break. If you are booking for a full 7 or 14 nights’ break you can either check in on either a Monday or Friday.

We offer a £50 reduction from the advertised pricing if your book 7 nights or more.

To book your stay with us, a £50 non-refundable deposit (which is taken off the balance of the holiday) should be paid to confirm and secure the booking.

The remaining balance plus a £100 security deposit must be paid at least 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Your security deposit will be returned within 7 days of leaving the caravan providing it is left in the same condition as you arrived.

Key collection

Keys to the caravan can be found in the key safe attached to the caravan by the decking gate. A code will be provided to you on your arrival day.
