This lovely three-bedroom holiday home sleeps 6 and is pet-friendly! We are moments away from the beach and it's the perfect spot to take in the stunning Welsh mountains. There's a spacious master bedroom, two twin bedrooms,  a clean, bright bathroom with a glass shower enclosure and toilet and an additional separate WC. We have a large modern living and kitchen area and central heating throughout.

Please bring your own bedding, quilts, towels and toiletries, dog bedding(if required) - pillows and duvets for all are provided. The caravan will be cleaned thoroughly prior to your stay.

Pets aren't allowed on the sofas or beds and this is strictly a non-smoking van.

The site doesn't allow XL bully dogs and if this isn't declared beforehand the site will ask you to leave as it breaches their rules and you forfeit your deposit.

Please do not charge your electric car directly from the caravan as it blows the whole site electrics. There is an EV charger on site next to the launderette.

We kindly ask that you leave the van clean and tidy and take away any rubbish.

As we are less than an hour away from Snowdonia, ZipWorld, Barmouth town centre and other North Wales attractions, the area is popular with families, cyclists and walkers alike making this holiday home a great ‘staycation’ destination.

£100 refundable deposit is required and will be returned provided the van and its contents aren't damaged after your visit.
