This spacious holiday accommodation sleeps up to 8 guests and comprises of a master bedroom, 2 x twins bedrooms, kitchen living/dining room, shower/toilets and separate toilet.

Both twin bedrooms (4 x beds) are all 6ft single beds, the twin rooms are fitted with ample storage for your holiday gear.

The master bedroom has a full-size double bed with a beautifully comfortable orthopaedic mattress; the master has its own fitted wardrobe, small but compact vanity area and mirror.

There is also a double fold-out bed with yet another comfortable mattress for additional sleeping in the living area, my kids like this sleeping area because it has the Smart TV in the room.

Duvets and pillows for up to 8 people are provided, however, you will need to provide your own towels and bedding, (duvet covers and pillowslips) alternatively, you can hire bedding from the holiday park reception for a small fee. If you wish to hire bedding please ask about this when you are making booking as I will need to pre-order it for you.

The caravan has a large living room area which is ideal for seating all the family, with a good sized floor area for those fun family board games you play when on holiday. The living room also has a couple of much loved, fun bean-bags for those who want to lounge out on the floor rather than on the sofas.

Our home has a fully fitted modern kitchen, comprising of a full-length fridge freezer, full-size cooker, grill and oven, microwave, toaster, several assorted baking dished, pans and all the necessary cooking utensils to make your stay feel as if you are truly at a home away from home. There's a separate dining area and breakfast bar.

This Willerby / Winchester deluxe 38 x 12 caravan is a surprisingly spacious holiday home which, boasts a large double power shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet, to cater for all the family and/or guest party needs.

This beautiful home has a well maintained gated decking area with a table and chairs so you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner alfresco, or even just enjoying a relaxing drink out on the deck at any time throughout the day.

Our home has mains supply for electricity, gas and water,  no need for gas bottles or having to worry about meters running out, this is all included in your rental fee.

For chillier days or just for those cosy nights in, there is an electric fan assisted fire in the living area; the rest of the caravan has gas central heating in all the rooms. The caravan is fully fitted with double glazing.

There is ample parking around the caravan site for as many cars as you want to bring. 

Our holiday home is also ideally situated for easy access to the site amenities, the caravan is close to the children’s play area, (you can watch the children play from the front windows) but also the on-site pools, the arcade, Smugglers pub and restaurant.  

However, if its tranquillity and seclusion you want, approximate 50 to 75 strides from the front door and walk under the  stream train viaduct (Paignton to Dartmouth) and the bays vista's are before you, uninterrupted views and just over the crest, you’ll find a secluded beach (Devil's Armchair) great for getting away from it all, for kids paddling and playing in the rock pools.

However if you want to venture off-site and do want to take your car, there is the bus stop which can be seen from our caravan where the No.12 bus can take either take you to Brixham, (the home of Sir Frances Drake’s Golden Hind), or into Paignton and/or Torquay (where there are too many attractions to list) this bus runs approximately every 10 minutes.  For those guests who are of state pension age, you can use your free bus pass.

The Holiday Park is just a short “child-friendly” walk to Goodrington Beach and Quay West, which has a popular water slide park. Goodrington beach comprises of 2 sandy beaches with fun-loving rock pools for exploring at each end of the beach.

Alternatively, turn left out of the Holiday Park and walk down over the hill to Broadsands beach, it’s less commercial but still boasts a beautiful sandy and child-friendly beach. 

Nearby is Brixham, here you can book your fishing trip, a ferry ride from Brixham across to Torquay or take a cruise out into the bay during the day or for that romantic evening.

Torquay offers great shopping, with all the main high street brands both within the town centre as well as the normal out of town retail parks.

Bookings are only accepted via our approved website, in order to help with your and our security, we do not accept any booking via Facebook. All booking and provisional booking will be confirmed via our personal email address.

In order to reserve bookings, you will be required to deposit 20% of the cost of the holiday, all holiday balances must be paid in full by 8 weeks before your booking-in date. Where holidays are booked with less than 8 weeks, the cost of the holiday, including any additional fee must be paid in full.

We have a Cancellation Policy which will be sent to guests once a booking is confirmed. However, is a booking is cancelled with less than 8 weeks’ notice, there is no Right of Refund

There is a requirement for a Security Bond payment, this cost is currently £50.00 per stay, however, if a stay in longer than 14 days, we reserve the right to increase this cost.  Security Bonds are refunded at the end of your stay and within 48 hours of receiving your bank account details, on the proviso that the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition and without any loss or damage to the caravan. 

We allow pets, however, no more that 2 at any given time. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the caravan at any time. Where a pet become a nuisance or complaints are made about a noisy pet, guests may be asked to leave the caravan. There will be no refund if guests are asked to leave the caravan and/or the holiday park. The is a Pet Premium fee of £25.00 per pet per stay. This cost is none refundable.  Where a pet causes any damage to the caravan, if the damage exceeds to Security Bond cost, we reserve the right to recover additional cost via a Small Claims Court in the event that an amicable settlement cannot be found.

Whilst the park is next to the beach, there is also a heated indoor pool. However, access to the pool is via Park passes purchased from the Park reception. We do not purchase Park passes.

Contractual obligations

In order to comply with our insurance cover

• There MUST be a responsible adult (someone over the age of 18) on site at all time when children (under 18s) are in the caravan
• Pets are allowed, but on the understanding that they are not permitted to sit on / sleep on any of the furniture or in the bedrooms and are nor left alone and unsupervised in the caravan.
• If complaints are made about your pet, we retain the right to decline your security bond refund and apportion any compensation to disturbed guests
• If you are bringing any pets, it is your responsibility to ensure that your pet is respectful of others in the park, you are not allowed to leave them unattended in the caravan.  Please be aware that if the Park receives any complaints about your pet, the Park Management team has the right to ask any noisy visitors to leave the park, if you are asked to leave to do any form of complaint, you will not be entitled to a refund.
• Allergies, please note that our caravan allows pets, if you or a member of your party has allergies to pets, it is the responsibility of person booking the caravan to manage this condition
• If a member of your party is taken ill during your stay, it will be the Bookers responsibility to clean up/ wash any carpets or upholstery.  Failure to do so may result in the loss of the security bond
• If any member of your group starts to show any signs of the Covid 19 virus, your entire party MUST vacate the caravan and return home with immediate effect. YOU MUST ALSO NOTIFY ME IMMEDIATELY IN ORDER THAT I CAN DEEP CLEAN THE CARAVAN ONCE YOU LEAVE.  The caravan is not suitable for self-isolating and the holiday park will not permit potential virus cases to remain on the park.
• You are no permitted to store cannons, surfboards, bikes, buggy’s or any such items under the caravan as they may dislodge sewage, water that gas pipes

On the park, you'll find a brand-new indoor swimming pool and jet pool, along with the newly refurbished bar and restaurant which takes influence from the style of a traditional pub. During the summer, you can sit back and enjoy the scenic views of the bay on the raised terrace which is the perfect space for al fresco dining. Some entertainment is provided during the holiday season and various activities for the families to take part in.

Waterside is renowned for its amazing setting, along with the famous Steam Railway that borders the park. With easy access out onto the headland, guests can walk through the tunnel under the Steam Railway to remarkable views of the Torquay coastline and coastal paths great for  walkers and hiking. It’s all here in this ideal Devon location.

The wonderful sights come courtesy of the hillside location. There is parking close to all the caravans.  There are regular bus services outside the park, which will take you to all the surrounding areas.
