Our very spacious caravan is only a 5 minute walk to the entertainments / shops but still in a quiet area.There is a large field at the rear of the caravan for games and dog walking. The caravan has a current gas certificate and smoke alarms plus co2 alarm fitted. The caravan sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms  . The main bedroom has en suite and  a very large wardrobe. The Double Bed has a memory foam topper.  The twin room also has a wardrobe and .  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need including slow cooker. Fridge freezer. Microwave. Veg steamer. Iron and ironing board . The lounge area is very spacious with plenty of seating.  There's a full length tinted glass veranda south facing for the sun plus table and chairs. Parking is at the side of the caravan. There's a 40in TV with freesat. Dvd player. Plus portable Dvd player with headphones for children to use also a Cd player.  Entertainment passes are available at reception. . Check in from 3.00 pm and vacate by 10.30 am. Short breaks ( Monday to Friday ) available but not in July and August. One Small to medium dog allowed but please keep off the beds and furniture as any damage will result in loss of deposit / bond. Also please don't leave pet in caravan while out as other caravan owners do complain to the site security and management. If we have to be contacted by the site management because of this then Deposit / Bond will not be returned. There's plenty of poo bins around the camp so please please clean up after your pet . There's a large dog cage for customers to use.Please ask if you require it. Electric cars must not be charged from the caravan as this will result in the loss of the Deposit _Bond.Thanking you Patrick and Georgina. 

£100 deposit / bond per week. ( the deposit/ bond is plus the price  as advertised  for the hire of the caravan )  Returnable 14 days after the holiday if no damage or cancellation / key not returned . Deposit / bond to be received in 7 days to secure booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before holiday. Bookings made 6 weeks before holiday must be paid for in full plus the £100 per week deposit / bond per week. Price includes gas and electric plus bedding. Electric cars must not be charged from the caravan this will result in the loss of  the deposit/bond.

Enjoy a wealth of heritage and activities. Bring a pair of comfy shoes and explore the moorland. Drive over to the historic town of Bridlington, or marvel at the architecture of Burton Agnes Hall.
