Killigarth  Manor is a popular well established Holiday Park

Near By is thr fishing village of Looe and the historically known  Smugglers Harbour of Polperro.

The caravan is on the far side of the park which is still only minutes away from the entertainment.

A lovely location on the cliffs above Polperro , This caravan has a large lounge with suround sofa seating. 

The dining room is open plan through to the kitchen, With gas cooker , fridge/freezer , and all the standard utilities  , microwave, kettle, toaster.

Double bedroom with wardrobe and dressing table , Two single  twin bedrooms. Bathroom has walk in shower & toilet etc.

The  sun decking is large with patio furniture , the decking does have a gate.

Parking next to caravan.

Within walking distance into Talland Bay , with its  rock pool beach ( very popular with the children ) and beach side cafe.  A  little further along is,Smugglers Rest. Also near by to the caravan is the footpath into  Polperro. Polperro has a large car park with a tram service into the centre of Polperro. Polperro has a sndy beach, fihing trips and sight seeing along the cost.  Excellent pubs, restaurants, cafes and Cornish tea rooms ,gift shops and several art gallaries.

It is an express condition of booking that the owner cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, damage to personal property,or non availability of site amenities due to circumstances beyond my control.

£25 per dog per week Please ask if dogs are allowed and the breed, thank you

Dogs welcome a small charge of £25 per dog per week.No puppies accepted.

Dogs must not be left unattened in the caravan.

Anti Social Behavior will NOT be tolerated , And may result in you being asked to leave the park immediately , With No Refund  !

Check in  4 pm and after, departure time no later than 10am. Thank you.
