Our lovely 6 berth, 2 bedroomed caravan has enclosed decking, WIFI, central heating and double glazing.  Our caravan has been looked after internally and externally.

The caravan site is well looked after and the caravan is situated in a lovely quiet area if the site.

Within a 5 minute walk are 3 amusement arcades, a fish and chip shop, a diner, 2 club houses with entertainment and cash bingo, a convenience store  and a sports bar.  The  golden beach is a 10 minute walk where on occasions you will see seals swimming.  Close to the beach there is a pub, crazy golf, several amusement arcades, cafes, a bakery, shops, and much more, there is something for everyone .

Both bedrooms have double beds and one of the sofas in the lounge pulls our into another double bed. All three beds are comfortable and come with mattress toppers.  Both bedrooms have wardrobes and a remote controlled TV, the main bedrooms has it's own toilet.

The caravan has another toilet and also an electric shower.  There is a lounge which has a gas fire, 2 comfortable sofas, smart TV, free sat and board games for all to enjoy.

There is a dining table and chairs, a fitted kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, George Forman Grill, toaster, gas oven, crockery and cutlery. 

Complementary tea, coffee and sugar to help your holiday start off well.

No stag or hen parties allowed on site, sorry.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required to book the caravan, and full payment must be made one calendar month prior to the start of your holiday.  An instalment payment plan can be set up if you would prefer.

A £75 security and cleaning deposit is to be paid at the same time as your final payment, this will be refunded once the caravan has been checked for any damages and confirmation received that the caravan has been left clean and in the same condition as it was found this may be the same day but definitely will be within 48 hours of you vacating the caravan.

Bed linen, quilts, blankets, pillows are provided, but not towels.

Should you wish to book our caravan, a booking form will be emailed to you,  once this and your £50 deposit are received this will be when your booking will be confirmed. 

Sundowner Holiday Park is a family run static caravan and chalet park which is a welcoming retreat ideal for couples and families who want to escape into a Holiday Park with access to numerous amenities and local tourist spots.

Hemsby, with both the Broads and the coast to explore is the perfect destination for a holiday home. Hemsby has a vast sandy beach and plenty of amusements, entertainment, shops and refreshments for the whole family to enjoy.
