A luxury caravan which is a Swift Snowdonia model, it is situated on an elevated position, with lovely country and far reaching views on this immaculately kept 5-star family run and privately owned site.  A warm welcome awaits you at this well-established, peaceful, well-kept park which has been awarded 5 stars from Visit Wales, (Exceptional with a degree of luxury).

There is decked area to the side of the caravan which enjoys both the morning and evening sun. At the side of the caravan there is a large grassed area perfect for sitting and taking in the sun at other times of day too. There is also space to park your car at the side of the caravan. Patio furniture, a table and a windbreaker are readily available for you to use in order to enjoy taking in the views from the decking. Seats are cushioned for your comfort and enjoyment. 

You will be staying in a luxurious 2 bedroomed caravan, both bedrooms have Duvalay mattresses, with the added benefit of deluxe mattress toppers and protectors, luxurious duvets and pillows making for a restful sleep.  The caravan provides sleeping for 4 people maximum.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a double wardrobe and plenty of cupboard space with a dressing table with stool for your comfort with a large mirror and shelf.  A door leads to an en-suite comprising of a toilet and wash basin for additional privacy and convenience.

The second bedroom has two single beds these also benefit from the Duvalay mattresses and deluxe toppers and protectors, there is a double wardrobe with drawers and cupboard with shelves. 

The main bathroom is fully equipped with a walk in large shower, wash basin, mirrored cupboard, with a shaver socket and toilet.

There is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, including full sized gas oven and hob, fridge / freezer with built in wine rack, microwave, toaster and kettle. The dining table comfortably seats 4.

The open plan lounge has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa for your comfort and relaxation, 32” flat screen HD TV, and a remote controlled electric fire with flame effect for when the sun goes down. There is also a coffee table with integrated footstools.

The caravan is fully double glazed and has gas central heating and a combination boiler with instant hot water. 

There are several local shops and eateries situated just outside the caravan park at around a 5 minute walk away, these include a pub, chinese restaurant, bistro, newsagent and convenience store as well as a good sized Co-op supermarket.

Llandudno is just 2 miles away and consists of lots of shops, a cinema, a swimming pool, a theatre as well as a lovely bay and beach with a pier and the Great Orme, or even closer is Penrhyn Bay which is a short walk away with a lovely promenade and a golf course. 1 and a 1/2 miles away is also Rhos on Sea which is a popular destination with it's lovely beach, many pubs, several restaurants and plenty of little cafes with lovely gift shops for your enjoyment too. There is a bus stop just outside the caravan park and buses run frequently to both Llandudno  and Rhos on Sea.

Please note: A dog has been in the caravan in the past, should anyone wishing to rent the caravan have any allergies.

Strictly no smoking in or near the caravan.

To secure your holiday a non-refundable deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking and balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Please note we will abide by any government guidance in relation to COVID-19. 

Maximum of 4 guests to stay in the caravan.

Basic cleaning products will be provided free of charge. 

Quality duvets and pillows are provided. Just bring your own bed linen.

Please remember to bring your own bath towels, hand towels and tea towels as they are not provided.

Llandudno is Wales's largest resort, uniquely situated between the Great and Little Orme with two wonderful beaches, the award winning North Shore and the quiet, sand duned West Shore.

Llandudno has kept its Victorian and Edwardian elegance and splendour, despite its modern attractions. Llandudno is only 2 miles away from our caravan park and boasts an indoor swimming pool, theatre, museum, bowling green and alley, tennis courts, golf courses, a large shopping centre and many other attractions on the Great Orme including; mines, cable cars, trams, toboggan run and artificial ski slope.

Rhos-on-Sea is one and a half miles away with plenty of shops to look around, it has a small harbour and is ideal for water sports.

Colwyn Bay, with its Mountain Zoo, leisure centre and Eirias Park 3 miles away.

The quaint town of Conwy is 5 miles away and well worth a visit for it's medieval castle, marina, open-air market, many shops, boat trips and bustling quayside.

These resorts are easily accessible as buses frequently pass the park entrance.

Penrhyn Bay has all you would expect in a village with it's man-made beach, shops, bowling green, restaurants and a golf course close by.
