Our Beautiful Pemberton Berkley family-owned holiday home is sited at Avocet 8 in a quiet cul de sac on Kiln Park, with ample parking outside. It is a large caravan 42 x 13 foot. It’s close to the shop, outside pool, laundrette and main entertainment centre, It’s also within walking distance of Tenby town, its beautiful beaches and the golf course.

The caravan has a decking accessed from the central lounge with lockable gates, rattan style 2-seater sofa and 2 chairs and external dining table and dining chairs and storage box. Sun parasols and beach items for the lttle one. The decking is very sunny

There is a central lounge with a U shape corner sofa that’s sits 6 people, coffee table, electric fire, 40inch smart TV with NETFLIX and free WIFI. Dining area has table and 6 chairs.

Lovely modern kitchen with gas oven & hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle. Kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, mugs and utensils.

There are 3 bedrooms, a large bedroom with king-size bed, en suite shower room, walk in wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside cabinets, wall cupboards, dressing table with mirror. There is a hairdryer and smart tv.

 At the other side of the caravan are 2 bedrooms, a twin bedroom with wardrobe, bedside cabinet and wall cupboards and mirror. There is the third bedroom which has a double bed with wardrobe, bedside cupboards, small dressing table and mirror.

Main bathroom room has large shallow bath with enclosed shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin with wall cabinet

All bedrooms have black out blinds.

Caravan has full central heating and is double glazed, with alarm and fully tested smoke and carbon detectors.

There are an assortment of boxed games.

Tenby itself is only 10 minutes’ walk or 5-minute drive with its unique shops, bars, restaurants, night clubs and beaches. A picturesque fishing harbour with boat trips to Caldey Island. There is also a regular Taxi service (which will pick you up on site).

Asda and Tesco do Online shopping delivery to the caravan.

Kiln Park has a lot to offer with the on-site complex including 2 swimming pools, restaurants, bars and Showrooms with all day entertainment for adults and children. There is also a supermarket, tennis courts, children's play areas with FunWorks including Rory and Gang. Kiln Park is suitable for families of all age.

*Entertainment passes are NOT included but can be bought from customer services desk on arrival.

*There is an option to have the beds made up on arrival for an additional £40. If guests do not want the beds made up, you will have to bring sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases.

Pillows, duvets and mattress and pillow protectors are provided.

Guest will have to bring towels, tea towels and bathmats.

Surrounding area

The town centre and beaches are a short walk away or can be accessed by car, taxi or bus. A free bus is usually available from the adjacent Salterns car park during the school summer holiday season. There is a small car park in the town next to Sainsbury's with short and long term parking available at modest charges. There are a number of other car parks with similarly modest charges.

• You will not be able to check in to our caravan before 3pm, in order to ensure that the caravan has been cleaned. Check-out is by 10.00 on the day of departure to allow our cleaners sufficient time to clean prior to the arrival of our next guests.
• £100 deposit is NON refundable
• £100 bond will be refunded within 7 days if no damages are found.

Information required

In order to safely manage all guests, Haven Holidays needs all guests to be pre-registered with the following information:-
Number of adult guests (age 16 and over)
Number of child guests (age 4 to 15)
Number of infant guests (age 0 to 4).
Names of adult guests and the nominated lead guest.
Mobile phone number of lead guest and other adult guests in the party
Car registration.
Dates of arrival and departure.
Expected time of arrival. (Within a one hour slot, e.g. 3pm to 4pm)
Email address.

Booking

To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to book. Final payment for all bookings must be made no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival - if payment is not received by then, any deposit paid will be forfeited. Any bookings made at short notice must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Details on how to pay will be supplied when you confirm that you wish to make a booking. Initial enquiries are welcomed by either email or by telephone but all subsequent communications prior to the start of a stay will need to be made by email except for some specific circumstances which will be told to you.

OTHER INFORMATION
Before you arrive, it may be worth you downloading the "My Haven" and "Haven Serve" apps as these will allow you to reserve a table in the restaurant, order takeaway food from the on-site facilities, book activities etc (not quite sure how they work, however).
Haven Holidays have also announced that the use of electric scooters, segways, hoverboards and balance boards are NOT PERMITTED on any Haven Holiday park. Please do not bring them to the park as Haven Holidays may ask that you vacate the park.

Finally, the charging of electric vehicles using the caravan's electricity supply is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Car charging points are available at Kiln Park.
