Thorpe Park, Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire

Our caravan is very spacious, has a homely feel to it and is in immaculate condition. It has gas central heating and double glazing so will keep you feeling warm and cosey on those cold nights. It comprises of a large open plan living/kitchen area with a seperate seating area with dining table, with the sofa pulling out into a sofabed. A flat screen 28" tv with built in freeview and a dvd player are provided in the lounge area.

It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin. A shower room with hand basin and toilet and the added bonus of a 2nd toilet with hand basin. These are all completely seperated from the living/kitchen area.

The caravan comes equipped with all pots/pans/microwave/fridge-freezer/kettle and cuttlery.

Our caravan is situated on a quiet cul de sac which is near to the fishing lakes and just a 5-10 minute walk to the main complex.

Pillows and duvets are provided but please bring your own bed linen and towels

 A non-refundable deposit of £50 secures your booking which can be paid either by bank transfer or paypal by request. The balance MUST be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival (if it is not paid within this time and no prior arrangment has been made and no contact has been made then your holiday will be cancelled & the £50 deposit will not be refunded) , small regular payments can be made if its easier. Receipts can be sent out after any payment is made. 

A further deposit will be required which is refundable when you vacate the caravan as long as the caravan has been kept in a clean condition ready for the next guests and there are no breakages. This deposit needs to be paid with the balance 6 weeks prior to your stay and once i have checked the caravan and happy that it has been left clean and no damage i will then reimburse the deposit. The deposit amount is £50 and will be refunded within 2 days. Please note to receive the £50 breakages deposit back the caravan must be left how you found which will be clean and free from breakages. If you do happen to break something while you are there please inform me asap, ideally before you vacate the caravan. Bookings cancelled with less than 1 week before booking will not  be refunded.

Lost keys will result in £10 being deducted from the deposit.

Keys can be collected from reception on the day you arrive, a key release form is required to collect the keys which i will post out to guests after the balance has been paid, or i can meet you at an agreed time, arrival time is from 2pm and departure time is 10am. Please take keys back to reception on departure.

A travel cot and high chair can be added on at an extra £10 per item. You must ask for these at time of booking as they are not stored at the caravan so i need to take them ready for your use.

Bed linen can be ordered from reception. Please note it is £10 PLUS £10 deposit which is refunded when you take it back to reception. I do not organise the bed linen bundles, you must do this yourself when you arrive at the park and money is paid directly to thorpe park not myself.

Reservations will be held for 24 hours, if no deposit is paid then the booking will be offered to someone else
