Superb luxury 2012 caravan, centrally heated and double glazed throughout, with opening end French windows to balcony, from which there are stunning views of the beach and Crantock Bay.

There is a generous 'U' shaped kitchen area, which is fully equipped for self catering and includes a prestigious fridge/freezer. Also included is a microwave, modern cooker with extractor, toaster, generous cupboard space and work surfaces, with all the cooking equipment you would expect to find in a modern kitchen.

The generous sized master bedroom is en-suite and has a full sized double bed for extra comfort, with opening window looking over open fields with grazing horses and wild rabbits. There are two further bedrooms each containing two freestanding single beds.

There is a spacious bathroom with a large luxury shower and extractor unit.
The lounge has a generous 'U' shaped seating area, the center section opening up to an extra double bed when required. There is a contemporary, wall mounted electric fire opposite, above which is mounted a flat screen Freeview T.V. which picks up over 100 channels and a Blu Ray DVD. There is an iPod dock/DAB radio with aux port which accepts input from any iPhone/Blackberry etc. Finally, a free standing dining table with four chairs which completes the lounge/diner area.

The caravan is situated on a quiet park set beside the picture postcard village of Crantock, which has a general store and Post Office, two superb child friendly pubs and a quaint historic church. There are excellent walks to be had across fields, dunes and cliff tops to explore, including the secret beach at Polly Joke, not forgetting the superb mile long beach of soft, golden sand at Crantock, just a gentle 4 minute stroll from the caravan.

For those who just want to park up and relax for the week, the site has a bar and entertainment facilities of its own, an amusement room, shop, launderette, burger shop and children's play area.

We require a deposit of £100.00 upon booking which is refundable in full at the end of your stay, provided the van is left clean and tidy and no loss or damages have occurred. Payment for your stay is required 3 weeks prior to your vacation.

We are able to accept payment by either cheque, cash or paypal.

Bed linen, towels and cots can be hired from us for a small extra charge if required. If you have any special requirements, please let us know and we will try to help if possible.

This caravan is our pride and joy and will not disappoint. We pride ourselves in the standard of cleanliness maintained and as such, regrettably, we are unable to accept pets in our caravan.
