£50 deposit required refundable when caravan has been checked for any breakages and damages and the caravan is left clean and tidy 

full payment is to be made 6 weeks before the date of holiday 

this is non smoking caravan but can smoke on outside decking area with ashtrays 

We also have a 3 bedroom caravan with wrap around decking available on golden palm chapel st Leonard's for the dates 7th April until 21st April but no pets allowed
