Our Beautiful family owned caravan is available for private hire at Kiln Park Tenby. Our caravan is centrally located at "35 Osprey" its in a central position close to all amenities i.e (reception,shops,clubhouse,outdoor/indoor swimming pool,park) and within walking distance of Tenby Town via the golf club and south beach.
There is a Master bedroom with en suite shower/ toilet, a 32" flat screen television with integrated DVD player.
Two twin bedrooms,(Can be pushed together as a double) T.V with integrated DVD (pull-out bed in the lounge)
Kitchen has a full size integrated fridge freezer, utensils and cutlery,cooker, microwave, toaster/kettle & Dishwasher.
Living area has a 3 seater & 2 seater settee. 55" flat screen television, full central heating,double glazed windows. Patio doors out to the veranda with table and chairs.
Private parking outside the caravan we kindly ask that you only park 1 car and no parking on the grass area. Patio/Grass area with table & chairs.
On Your Arrival day you can occupy the caravan from 3pm on your arrival day, On departure day it will be @ 10am. This will allow us to check & clean the caravan ready for our next guests.
For your safety our caravan has a fire Extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector.
***NO SMOKING OR PETS IN THE CARAVAN***

Payment details - Payment can be made by bank transfer (Quickest & Easiest way to book)
£100 Non Refundable Depsoit Due when Booking. (July & August Deposits are £150 non refundable)
Building society cheque excepted.
When I receive the deposit I will send out a receipt and Booking details via email/post. Also you can do a bank transfer (this way the caravan will be booked in straight away)
Balance payments will need to reach us 10 weeks prior to let, (if you need extra time please just ask) I will then send out final written receipt, Key Authorization will be advised prior to your stay.
If booking is made within 10 weeks prior to let then the total payment will need to be made. (if you need extra time please just ask)

This park is perfect for a break away with your under 5 and it's packed to the gills with things to do! Splash and splosh down the water slides, or in the mini SplashZone of our heated indoor and outdoor pools. Or venture out to explore the bay and beyond. Tackle Crazy Golf, ten-pin bowling or tennis and swerve Welsh rainy days on our sports range. And if that's not enough, it's sister park, Lydstep Beach is just up the road if you fancy having a go at a variety of water sports. This park is perfect for a break away with your under 5.
