Before making any booking with us, it’s important to know the following information.

A £100 security deposit is required to secure the booking and remaining balance is due 2 weeks before arrival. The holiday can be cancelled with a full refund up to two weeks before arrival. The £100 security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of checkout if no damage caused. 

Payment can be made via bank transfer; details will be made available during the booking process.

We do not accept smoking in our van so breach of this will result in loss of security deposit. 
The caravan should be left in the same state you found it and we ask if you can strip all beds before you leave, please.

Check in is after 3pm and check out is 10am unless otherwise stated. If the caravan is empty before or after your stay these times can be modified upon request.
