The Sierra is in excellent condition and has double glazing and central heating. Has a spacious lounge area with wrap around seating, radiators, electric fire shelving units and is carpeted.

Main bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite. Twin bedroom (2 single beds).  Opposite is the main shower, wc and sink.

In the lounge is a pull out sofa bed to accommodate a further 2 guests.

Parking for 2 medium size vehicles. Small gated and fenced, paved and gravel garden (with outside seating).

When making a booking a deposit of 10% or £100 (whichever is the highest) of the holiday cost.  This deposit is non refundable. The balance of the price of your holiday must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Bookings made within 42 days of the holiday, must pay the total price of the holiday at the time of booking.

Added to the cost of your holiday will be a £100.00 security fee. This security fee will be returned to you if the caravan is left in a satisfactory condition.

No parties of large groups to be held inside or outside the property also any unsociable behaviour will not be tolerated.

The only people named on the booking form will occupy the caravan for insurance cover.

You must abide with the Freshwater Beach Holiday Park rules and conditions.

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is located in the South West of England in the beautiful county of Dorset. Spend a wonderful seaside vacation on the coast, making the most of the private beach. There is also a Golf Course (not part of the park itself, but adjoining the site).

You can hire caravan holiday homes or pitch your tent, tourer or motorhome in our camping fields.
