The Chase, Ingoldmells, Skegness, Lincolnshire

This is a 2 bedroom  caravan on the chase ingoldmells it has a ensuite in the main bedroom and the secound bedroom has twin beds,the sofa in the lounge pulls out as a double bed but plenty of room for three. We have a bath with a overhead shower and a toilet and sink with a storage heater on wall. The kitchen has a fridge with small freezer box, microwave ,toastie maker and a electric grill. It has plenty of cupboards ther is a full double left empty for guest to put food in. Off from the kitchen there is a dining area with table and chairs from there you will enter the lounge with sofa and 2 chairs ,gas fire, Tv DVD as well as a vhs recorder plus videos and dvds to watch we have a selection of games, colouring books and reading material. We have sky connection if you wish to bring your own sky box there is ample storage through out the caravan. It is double glazed boiler for hot water and a hot or cool air system installed it does get hot once on but it does have a thermostat in main bedroom. We are installing a tv in the main bedroom this season for your comfort. We cater for babies as we do have a baby bath,travelcot highchair and a changing mat as well as a buggy for your conveince Which we are happy for you to use if you require one. We do have a veranda outside and well behaved dogs are more than welcomed as we are a dog friendly caravan. all we ask is for guest to respect the caravan and to leave it clean and tidy.

To book our caravan all you need to do is send a £50 deposit when booking this non refundable plus there is a bond of £50 or £60 if you bring your dog which covers any accidents if we have to have it professionally cleaned. However your bond will be returned to you once the caravan has been inspected after your departure we will transfer bond within 48hrs after inspection. Please pay your balance 4 weeks prior to your holiday.

We have had to implement some rules this year due to theft of bedding etc which we have not done before and we really don't want to but we are forced to this year. All we ask is not to move any bedding from the cupboards they are in or towels and bath mats. Kitchen we would appreciate when using glasses ,plates  mugs etc they are put back where you got them from and please don't leave anything on the sides when leaving as house cleaning will have an inventory of everything where it should be thank you this is only due to a handful of guest that this has to be done. There is no Smoking inside the caravan we smoke but outside so the caravan smells fresh at all times for guests. We have a guest book for everyone to leave a comment whether positive or negative as negative feedback we can rectify for everyones enjoyment as this is what we strive for all to enjoy our home from home.
