Welcome to Beach Bay Caravan at Cayton Bay, perfect for families and couples! Located on Park Dean Resort, our high-quality caravan sleeps up to 8 people. Enjoy views from the patio doors leading to a furnished decking area. The Caravan is located a 5-minute walk to the local pub, bus route to Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington. It's also close to all amenities including the stunning Cayton Bay Beach, which is dog friendly all year round.
Park Dean Resort offers a convenience shop, fish and chip shop, arcades, outdoor play area, bar and restaurant. There are also extra paid for activities including crazy golf, trampolines, high ropes swimming* and entertainment*. (*Only included with Park Pass at extra cost.)
Inside the caravan, there are 3 bedrooms, each with Freeview TVs, and a lounge with a brand-new 43" Freeview HD TV, DVD player, and WiFi. The kitchen features an integrated tall fridge freezer, microwave, gas cooker, saucepans, frying pan, kettle, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. Bedding, tea towels, and a towel per guest are provided, along with a dish cloth, essential cleaning products, an iron, and ironing board. The caravan includes a separate WC and a shower room with an additional WC. A small welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and UHT milk will be provided.
A fully refundable security bond of £100 is required, returned if the caravan is left clean and undamaged.

1. Terms of booking is £100 returnable deposit is required (assuming the van is left as found) to book the holiday with the total cost of the holiday be paid 4 weeks prior to the holiday.

3. Although we are pet friendly, dogs are not permitted in any of the bedrooms, this will result in the loss of the deposit due to extra cleaning costs.

5. There is a key safe located on the decking close to the main door. Code to be given on final payment.

The perfect setting for a memorable family holiday, there's something for everyone at this lively park. The beach is nearby, the indoor waterworld offers hours of splashing fun with fountains, waterjets and a slide, while an all weather sports court means fun and games for all the family. Kids are well catered for with Sparky's Krew providing a range of activities for 5–11s. The Boathouse Bar, serving delicious meals, makes an ideal start to the evening before enjoying the dancing, competitions, shows and visiting cabaret at the Oasis Showbar.
Cayton Bay is a superb base for exploring the many sandy beaches and historic attractions of this beautiful area. Scarborough, Filey and the famous cliffs at Flamborough Head are all within an easy drive.
