Lounge/Dining Room: This home is perfect for families as well as couples - we've a TV with built in DVD player to keep everyone entertained & a wall mounted contemporary gas fire in the living room to keep you warm and toastie. There's a large L-Shaped seating arrangement incorporating a pull out double sofa bed, providing seating for the whole family to sit and relax. Opposite is additional L-Shaped dining seating with a dinette table.

Kitchen: A kitchen designed galley style for families to cook & be as self sufficient as you want to beand is fully equipped with all your cookware, crockery and utensils. The kitchen itself has a full sized oven/grill with a 4 burner gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle & toaster.

Master Bedroom: This room has all the amenities to keep you comfortable during your stay. With built in wardrobes you will have plenty of space for your belongings, whilst the 4'6" double bed will ensure a relaxing end to the day. Duvets & quilts provided.

Twin Bedrooms x 2: Each bedroom has two single beds with duvets & pillows. Once gain duvets & pillows are provided.

Family Bathroom: A large family shower with WC & Sink.

Veranda: Complete with picnic bench and table, you are in the perfect place to sit and relaxat any time of the day. You are also in a great location with the beach walkway just a short distance away whilst being close to the on-site amenities.

Parking: Plenty of room for 2 vehicles immediately in front of the caravan.   

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
