A stunning new caravan for the 2023 season and pet friendly too. This 2023 model Swift Bordeaux occupies a corner plot on Perran Sands Holiday Park near the dunes. With its south facing wrap around decking with ramp access you have the perfect outdoor space for all day sunshine. 

With fully double glazed windows and central heating throughout, you are assured of always being warm and cosy regardless of the time of year.

Lounge:

This spacious, open plan area has a contemporary feel about it with its two free standing sofa's one of which incorporates a double pull out sofa bed. A free standing coffee table, 40" wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD and integrated ceiling speaker system.

Kitchen/Dining Room:

This stylish, well equipped kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises an integrated dishwasher, oven with 4-burner hob & grill, integrated full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. All cookware, utensils & crockery are also provided.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite WC:

A large bedroom with a super comfy double sized bed complete with duvet & pillows ensures you have everything needed for the perfect nights sleep. You have bags of storage with fitted wardrobes & drawers as well as a vanity table & stool, flat screen TV & hairdryer. Leading from the bedroom you have your own en-suite toilet and hand-basin.

Twin Bedrooms:

These room has two single beds & again comes with duvets & pillows.

Family Bathroom:

The bathroom contains a large shower, wc and hand basin.

Outside:

From the glorious decking enjoy watching the world go by. Great access to the complex/amenities and with far reaching views across the dunes. There is parking next to the caravan.

Acceptance of pets shall be at the owners discretion. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card and an electronic receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
