Brand New Caravan for 2022,this gorgeous caravan is graded 'Platinum' by Haven. Located in a lovely quiet position within Pentreath View. You're nestled within the dunes, it really is the perfect spot to enjoy your holiday,providing access to site amenities within a few minutes,yet retaining a sense of quiet. Ocean views are also just a few minutes walk away. 

Lounge/Dining Area:

A very spacious, open plan area has a modern & light feel about it. There is complimentary WIFI & plenty of space to sit and relax with its two free standing sofa's, one incorporating a pull out sofa bed providing an additional sleeping area. There is a 42" TV with free view. The contemporary wall mounted Electric fire will provide extra warmth on even the most chilly of evenings. At the opposite end of the living area is situated the seperate dining table and chairs. 

The kitchen is extremely well appointed, and includes a Dishwasher, Full sized fridge/freezer, oven with four burner hob plus all the cookware you should need.  

Master Bedroom : 

A king sized bed with duvet & pillows, should provide the perfect nights sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with the fitted bedroom furniture. There is an ensuite to the Master bedroom with shower and also a wall mounted TV with freeview.

Twin Room :

With 2 single beds which can also be pushed together to configure into a double. Once again duvets and pillows are provided.

Bathroom/Shower Room: 

Consists of a large shower, extractor fan, hand basin & WC.

There is plenty of parking directly beside the caravan.

Great access to beach walkway.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Debit or Credit Card via our secure payment portal. An electronic receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

Check-in and key collection is from a key safe on the day of your arrival.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
