New to rent in 2019 this Atlas Debonair-4 2017 is a stunning 2 bedroom,6 berth caravan situated in a prominent position right in the heart of the park no more than a few minutes' walk to the beach,the amenities are litrelly on your doorstep, this caravan also has a lovely decking area on the front and side of the caravan perfect to sit and watch the world go by.

The caravan is double glazed and has the benefit of full central heating complete with room thermostat to maintain a constant comfortable temperature, there is also a coal effect electric fire in the lounge.

The kitchen is equipped with full gas cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer,kettle,toaster.All crockery, cutlery,pans and utensils are provided.

There is a dining table and 4 chairs.

The main bedroom has a king sized bed,dressing table with stool and floor to ceiling wardrobes,it also has an en-suite WC and wash basin.

The twin bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe all pillows and duvets are provided bed linen could be arranged at an extra cost.

Next to the caravan there is parking for two cars.   

Acceptance of pets shall be at the owners discretion. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Card or Bank Transfer via our secure payment portal. An electronic receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

Check-in and key collection is from the main reception on the day of your arrival.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
