Very light and airy caravan,   This caravan is located on Kernow View, a quieter section of the holiday park and a perfect base to relax and enjoy the surrounding beauty that the area has to offer.

Lounge/Dining Room:  This fabulous open plan area is both light and homely. With its large L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a full sized double pull out bed, there is plenty of seating for the whole family.  With a wall mounted fire, flat screen 32" TV with built in DVD player & HDMI/USB connectivity.  The dining area comprises of a fixed dinette, corner seating and additional stools.

Kitchen:  This stylish and well equipped galley style kitchen, contains everything you should need for your stay. With a full sized oven and 4 burner gas hob plus re-circulating extractor hood, fridge with freezer section, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Master Bedroom: A good sized bedroom with a comfortable 4'6" double bed and bedside tables, complete with duvets, pillows. You will have plenty of storage too as well.

Twin Bedrooms:  There are two separate twin rooms, both of which contain two single beds separated by a bedside table and additional storage units. Duvets and pillows are provided.

Family Bathroom:  Contains a large shower with extractor fan, wash basin and WC.

Outside:  Great position for access to the coastal path and parking to the side of the caravan. 

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
