This is a Prestige graded, luxury 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan. With a view of sea from the wrap around decking you are located in a fabulous position within Perran Sands Holiday Park, in beautiful Cornwall.

From the South Westerly facing balcony, you will enjoy sunshine throughout the day (Cornish weather permitting). Complete with patio furniture, it is the perfect place to sit and relax. There is a nearby walkway providing direct access to the rolling sand dunes of Perran Sands and the stunning beach which is lifeguard patrolled at peak times. Just a short walk away are the array of amenities and activities available at The Holiday Park.

Private parking is available beside the caravan.

Our Caravan

Graded as Prestige, you will have all the extra touches and comforts to make your holiday even more special. With central heating and double glazing you are guaranteed to be warm and cosy even on those chillier of evenings. An iron/ironing board are also provided within the rental price, meaning less to pack.

With its centre lounge and open plan kitchen/dining area this is the ideal family holiday home. With two twin bedrooms and WC at one end of the caravan and the master bedroom with ensuite shower room at the opposite end, the kids can have an area of their own.

Central Lounge

At the centre there is a contemporary lounge, with 32" wall mounted TV/DVD Combi, Electric Fire, large corner sofa arrangement and free standing coffee table. The wood effect flooring completes the clean modern look.

Kitchen/Dining Area

The well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar has ample storage. With a full sized integrated fridge/freezer, 4 burner gas hob and oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The large dining table with 6 chairs ensures that you can cook, dine and relax in comfort. Leading off the dining area are the french doors which take you onto the decking area.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite Shower Room

A 4'6" double bed complete with duvet, pillows,ensures you have everything you should need for a glorious nights sleep. There is ample storage too with wardrobe, over-head cupboard space and two built in bedside units. Leading off the Master Bedroom is an en-suite shower room with WC and Handbasin. We even provide a hairdryer and iron/ironing board for your use.

Twin Bedrooms x 2

At the opposite end of the caravan are the two twin bedrooms. Again, duvets and pillows. Also at this end of the caravan there is a separate bathroom, complete with shower, WC and Handbasin.

Outside Area

There is plenty of parking beside the caravan.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

Placed among high dunes, Perran Sands has a distinctive look and feel...

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
