WHY NOT MAKE YOUR NEXT HOLIDAY HOME FROM HOME here at our Regal Regency 3 Bedroom caravan. Comfortably furnished and equipped with everything required for six people.  Full gas central heating, full gas cooker, 60/40 fridge freezer.  One full bathroom with large shower 2nd bathroom basin & toilet. Comfortable, carpeted lounge area with large SMART TV, DVD player, Radio/CD/Tape unit, Electric flame effect fire.  Microwave,Air Fryer, kettle, toaster and all crockery, cutlery, saucepans and equipment you should require.  One bedroom has double bed, two have two single beds with small bedside tables and lights in each room.  All beds had new mattresses in 2022.  Outside there is a decking area with table & chairs for sitting out with your glass of wine in the evenings.  A reserved parking place for two cars is in front of the caravan with trees, grass and paved area surrounding.

We DO NOT provide towels, sheets, duvet covers or pillow-cases but DO provide pillows and duvets for each bed, all with additional coverings, (changed after each letting).  You will also need to provide your own t.towels.

Situated in a quite cul-de-sac area of Oakdene Forest Park this is an ideal place to explore the many beautiful beaches, historic, areas and cultural experiences within a short distance, whilst also enjoying a peaceful happy family holiday.  We look forward to welcoming you to our property in 2025

Facilities at Oakdene Forest Park include indoor & outdoor pools, children's play area, mini-golf, gym & sauna, restaurant & cafe, entertainment & much much more, including a small shop for essentials & laundry.  For details on how to book sessions & prices of all activities & facilities available within the park, we recommend you download the Shorefield (Holidays) app to your mobile.  Any new Government COVID rules for 2024 will be adhered to by us.

Bookings are normally for 7 nights Saturday 3.00pm to Saturday 10 am  - unless by prior agreement in writing.  Short stays can be considered outside main holiday times - please ask for detaills.

A non-returnable deposit of £150 is required to secure your booking.  The full balance is due for payment no less than SIX weeks prior to the start date, unless the start date is less than SIX weeks away when full payment is requessted.

We also request a £150 SECURITY DEPOSIT payable with your final balance - this will be refunded to you within a few days of your departure, once we have confirmed there has been no loss or damage in the property.
