Bought brand new in 2018 a luxury ABI Beaumont (2018 model) with 3 bedrooms and 2 shower/toilets, large kitchen/diner, spacious lounge, outdoor patio.  Set in award-winning Shorefield Country Park within easy reach of both the New Forest and the Dorset coastline.  Comfortable and well equipped for a delightful stay. Sleeps 6.  Internally 42ft by 14ft – wider than most similar accommodation.

Bedroom 1 – King size bed with en-suite shower and toilet.  All bedrooms have luxury pocket sprung mattresses and ample storage space.

Bedroom 2 – Large twin room with two full width (90cm) single beds.

Bedroom 3 – Smaller twin room with two narrow width (75cm) single beds.

Second shower and toilet.

Well equipped kitchen.  Five ring gas burner, separate gas grill and larger oven.  Fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle.  Lots of crockery, cutlery, pans, oven trays, tupperwares to make you feel at home.  Lots of storage space for your groceries.  Main cleaning materials included.

Large spacious lounge.  Two Chesterfield style sofas with lots of cushions. 40 inch smart TV which picks up Netflix, iplayer, youtube, internet etc (lodge has its own TV licence).  DVD player.  Footstool stocked with games and amusements.  Fireplace.  Deluxe Bluetooth sound system.  (Bring your own login details for Netflix, Amazon Prime etc)

Outdoor decking and furniture.  Seating for 6.

Own designated parking next to lodge on hard standing for two medium sized cars.

USB ports in every room.  Free Wi-Fi (very strong inside the holiday home) and other Wi-Fi across the whole park.

Located 3 minutes’ walk from outdoor pool and 5 minutes’ walk from indoor pool, gym, sauna and steam room. (We include passes for the complex).  Well-stocked shop on site as well as bars, restaurants and more.

All bedding, hand towels, bath mats and kitchen towels are included in price.  Bring your own towels for bathing and swimming.  Use of gas central heating and electricity included on fair use basis.

No pets.  No smoking.  No BBQs. No candles/bare flames.  No deep fat frying.  No charging of electric vehicles allowed at the home – there are nearby charging points in the park’s reception area.

The leisure facilities at Shorefield Country Park can only be described as excellent, providing activities for all the family. Leisure activities include: A small stocked lake for fishing (rod licence required), nature activities in the nature centre, leisure club featuring heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room and spa bath. There is also a fully equipped gym, beauty spa and hair salon.

Complementing the above there is also the opportunity in the summer to take part in several exciting challenges thanks to a partnership in 2008 with PGL (The UK's leading provider of School trips) within Shorefield's outdoor activity centre. The activities are open to everyone aged 7 and over and activities include: Archery & Air Rifle taster session, Abseiling, Climbing wall and Trapeze.
