The living area has built in sofas, electric fire, 50" Freeview Smart TV and DVD player, Wi-Fi is available.
Freestanding Dining Table with 2 Chairs and boncette seating
The kitchen comes equipped with the usual conveniences.
As well as the main bathroom/shower room there is a seperate toilet and sink.
Bed linens are provided but you need to bring your own towels.
Dogs are welcome.
The caravan is situated in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park nestled between the mountains and the sea. The beach is a 2 minute walk away.

20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your stay with us. Should your holiday begin within 6 weeks of your booking, full payment is required on booking.
£50 refundable security bond is required.

Families and couples only permitted with no male/female groups allowed.
Keys are collected from a key safe and returned to the key safe on the arrival/departure day of your holiday. The code for the safe key will be sent to you 24 hours prior to arrival.
Check in time is 3pm please contact the owner as soon as possible if you will be checking in at a later time.
Check out time is 10.00am please leave the caravan as you found it (clean and tidy)
