Our beautiful homely KENTMERE caravan is a spacious 40ft x 12ft and has full gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

Sited on a prime front row plot on Golden Gate Holiday Centre with reserved parking bay for 2 cars alongside.  WiFi is provided free of charge.

The lounge has a 50in SMART TV, *Sky HD and also Sky Q connections (you just need to bring your own Skybox). Sliding patio doors open up on to the large wrap around gated decking with rattan furniture. There is also a fully fenced garden area that's perfect for keeping the furry family members safe while outside. 

The kitchen is well equipped & has an abundance of storage and work space, it has a large integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, slow cooker, electric steamer, coffee machine, plus all the usual kitchenware. 

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a free standing table and chairs.

The beautiful master bedroom is incredibly spacious, it has a king size bed, wall mounted tv with freeview and dvd player, large walk-in wardrobe plus en-suite bathroom comprising of a large double size shower, toilet, washbasin & heated towel rail. 

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, plenty of storage plus wall mounted tv. All mattresses & pillows have quilted protectors fitted, duvets & pillows are all provided. Bed linen is not included in with the hire price but can be provided for a small fee.

The spacious family bathroom has a large double sized shower, toilet and wash basin. 

We provide a hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, hoover & cleaning products. 

The Kentmere sleeps 4 people, we can allow a 5th person but it must be an infant sleeping in a travelcot. We do allow same sex family members and same sex couples but not hen/stag parties.

Check-in from 2.30pm, check-out by 11.30am.

 DOGS - We have 3 dogs ourselves and know the pleasure of taking a dog on holiday, so we welcome well behaved dogs to stay in this caravan (FREE of charge). We understand that you can’t take your dog everywhere with you (shopping etc) so we don’t mind you leaving them for short periods but please don’t leave them for long periods as a bored dog can become a destructive dog plus caravans can become very hot in the warm weather.

Golden Gate Holiday Centre is situated in Towyn on the North Wales Coast. About a 1 hour drive from North-West England this is a family run park.

A large park set within 28 acres, Golden Gate is situated in Towyn within easy reach of the towns of Rhyl, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Conwy, and has many facilities on the holiday centre to help you enjoy yourself.
