Seldons Golden Gate, Towyn, Conwy, North Wales (Ref.111284)

Our beautiful Plaza Grande is furnished to a very high standard throughout. It has a large gated wrap around gated decking with a ramp for the convenience of those that find steps a struggle.  WiFi is provided free of charge.

The lounge has a large free standing 3pc suite, 50 inch SMART TV, Sky HD connection (you just need to connect your own Skybox).  

The kitchen is incredibly spacious and well equipped, it has the added bonus of having a washer/dryer and large American fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser.

The spacious family bathroom has a full size luxury jacuzzi bath with shower above, wash basin, toilet plus, heated towel rail, plus plenty of storage. 

The large master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage, walk-in wardrobe, wall mounted tv, plus an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet & washbasin.

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, lots of storage and tv. All beds have quilted mattress and pillow protectors fitted, all duvets & pillows are provided. Bed linen is not included in with the hire price but can be provided for a small fee. 

We provide a hair-dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum and cleaning products.

The Plaza Grande sleeps 4 people, we can allow a 5th person but it must be an infant sleeping in a travelcot.

Check-in is from 1.00pm, check-out by 10.00am.

Our hire period is full week's Saturday to Saturday, we don't do short breaks, sorry.

DOGS -   We have 3 dogs ourselves and know the pleasure of taking a dog on holiday, so we welcome well behaved dogs in this caravan (FREE of charge). We understand that you can’t take your dog everywhere with you (shopping etc) so we don’t mind you leaving them for short periods but please don’t leave them for long periods as a bored dog can become a destructive dog plus caravans can become very hot in the warm weather. 

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking, this is in addition to the hire price and will be held as a damage/security bond. Your deposit/bond will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure. We ask that you leave the caravan clean and tidy as you found it on arrival.
The deposit is non refundable should you cancel your holiday.
Payments by bank transfer, cheque, postal order or cash are all welcome and can be paid either in full 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday or in instalments.

Check-in from 1pm check-out by 10am.

Golden Gate Holiday Centre is situated in Towyn on the North Wales Coast. About a 1 hour drive from North-West England this is a family run park.

A large park set within 28 acres, Golden Gate is situated in Towyn within easy reach of the towns of Rhyl, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Conwy, and has many facilities on the holiday centre to help you enjoy yourself.
