Seldons Golden Gate, Towyn, Conwy, North Wales (Ref.111282)

This beautiful Pemberton Knightbridge is a very spacious 42ft x 14.5ft top of the range caravan that has been furnished to our usual very high standard. It has pvc double glazing and full gas central heating throughout. WiFi is provided free of charge. 

It is sited on the front row of the site which is a popular location with our customers. It's close to the site facilities but not close enough to hear any noise. There is a full wrap around gated decking with seating plus ramp access. There is additional seating in the garden plus parking alongside.

The lounge has a 55inch 4K SMART TV and Sky Q connection (you just need to connect your own Skybox), there is also a hifi if you prefer to relax with some background music. The large plush 3 piece suite is big enough to accommodate the whole family with ease. 

The spacious kitchen has integrated washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is an abundance of storage and work space plus an island unit with wine rack and extra storage. There is all the usual kitchenware including microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, Dolce Gusto drinks machine, plenty of crockery & cutlery, pots, pans, ovenware etc.

There are 3 bedrooms all with tv's fitted - the main bedroom has a double bed plus the added bonus of an en-suite shower room. The two twin bedrooms are  spacious and have plenty of storage. 

All mattresses and pillows are fitted with quality protectors, duvets are provided. Fresh bed linen can be hired for a small fee, but we are unable to provide towels sorry.

The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower above, wash basin, vanity unit and heated towel rail. 

We provide a hair-dryer, high chair, iron, ironing board, vacuum and cleaning products. 

 The Knightsbridge sleeps 7 people but the 7th person MUST be an infant, we do not allow sofa beds to be used sorry.

Check-in is from 2pm, check-out by 11am.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking, this is in addition to the hire price and will be held as a damage/security bond. Your deposit/bond will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure. We ask that you leave the caravan clean and tidy as you found it on arrival.
The deposit is non refundable should you cancel your holiday.
Payments by bank transfer, cheque, postal order or cash are all welcome and can be paid either in full 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday or in instalments to suit you.

Check-in from 2pm check-out by 11am.

Golden Gate Holiday Centre is situated in Towyn on the North Wales Coast. About a 1 hour drive from North-West England this is a family run park.
