This is a modern, spacious and well presented, 3 bedroom (8 berth) caravan, which is situated close to the site amenities.

This lovely caravan offers central heating, double glazing,1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, a double pull out sofa bed in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern family shower room. The caravan has everything needed for a relaxing holiday.

The caravan offers an open plan living room/Kitchen. The kitchen if fully equipped with a full size gas cooker, Fridge/Frezzer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Cutlery, Crockery, Iron & Ironing Board and high chair. 

The living room comes with a U shaped sofa with a pull out double bed, 43" Inch Smart T.V and a Remote controlled electric fire. 

The bathroom is very modern, with a newly fitted shower, basin and toilet.

There is also parking for 2 cars outside the caravan. 

Bed Linen and Towels can be provided for an extra £25 per stay.

WIFI is available onsite but is on a  'Pay as you go' basis, through Park Dean. WIFI is however Free in the club house. 

Entertainment passes are purchased through the park reception.

LOCATION

Manor Park is a 5 minute walk from Hunstanton's lovely sandy beach, Fairground, Shops, Bars/Restaurants, Sea Life Centre, Theatre, Amusement Arcades etc.

Manor Park is open 11 Months of the year including Christmas and New Year and this stunning caravan can be rented this whole period. The site however is closed Mid-Jauary to Mid-February.

A non refundable deposit of £50 will be required at the time of booking to secure your holiday, with the remaining balance due 4 Weeks before your date of arrival.

A £50 refundable security deposit is required on all bookings before arrival, this will be refundable within Days after checking out providing the caravan is left in the same condition as when you arrived. With no breakages, no damage, or excess cleaning required.
