A lovely spacious comfortable caravan with a large dining table and area. Plenty of comfortable seating, TV, gas fire, dvd with selection of films all double glazing. Lovely quite family site with its own private access to blue flag beaches. Within a mile from Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea along the promenade with cafe and toilet facilities.
Caravan as two spacious bedrooms, main bedroom as a range of fitted wardrobes and dressing table with mirror and light. King size bed, and access to bathroom from bedroom. Twin room as two single beds with wardrobe and draws.
Kitchen as Plenty of storage cupboards, full gas cooker with grill, fridgefreezer, microwave, airfryer, toaster, kettle.
Gated veranda to keep little ones and pets safe with table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Free WiFi in reception
There is no entertainment on site but Seacroft pub is Within walking distance and does some excellent entertainment and meals.

A security Bond Deposit of £50 is to be paid on booking on top of the rental fee. Rest of the hire price to be paid 1 month before arrival date. This Bond will not be refunded if you have to cancel holiday for any reason, but you may change dates if available. Once cleaner has been in and nothing is missing, damaged or broken after your departure then your Bond will be refunded within 48hrs.if this does not cover the cost of any items missing, damage, or broken then you will be invoiced

Keys to be collected from reception on arrival and returned on departure.

Seaside Caravan Park located in Trusthorpe, which is in-between Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea on the East Coast of Lincolnshire.
A small, friendly, family site with private access to miles of beautiful beaches. Facilities include an on-site launderette and a Children’s Arcade run by friendly Happy Days Seaside staff.
