Parcllwyd Caravan is situated in its own private peaceful location in semi rural Pembrokeshire on the outskirts of the village of Cilgerran which is just outside of Cardigan. The caravan has off road parking for 2-cars, secure anti slip decking and fenced garden. There is a picnic table in the garden for all to enjoy and a bistro table and chairs on the decking. The caravan is fully equipped, it has 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin plus a pull out bed in the lounge area. The bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and had basin. The kitchen area is fully equipped includes fulll size gas oven/oven with grille plus built-in microwave oven, fridge/freezer. There is a seperate dining area with comfortable seating and 2 stools. the lounge area has comfortable seating area, gas fire, 32" TV with DVD/Blu-ray smart player. All bed linen, towels, tea towels, gas, electric, Wi-Fi  are included within our prices. We accept all breeds of dogs, we provide some throws to protect seating area but ask dog owners to bring their own dog blankets, beds, bowls, towels etc. In the building behind the caravan is a wahsing machine and tumble dryer and a tap if you need to wash dogs before going in the caravan. On arrival you will find a welcome tray which includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottle of wine and fresh flowers. In the bathroom we provide a toilet roll and some toiletries.

Outside we have private off road parking for 2-cars, fenced garden area and secure decking.

We have walks from doorstep, short drive to dog friendly beaches and pubs within walking distance. Local activities include horse-riding, fishing, golf, water sports, walking, cycling etc.

Local places to visit include Newquay Honey Farm, Dyfed Shire Centre, Oakwood Theme Park, Wickedly Welsh Chocolate Factory, Fishguard, St Davids, Haverfordwest, Whitesands, Newport, Newquay. short drive will take you to the Cardigan coastline where dolphins are often spotted.

A deposit of £50.00 for a one-week booking and £80.00 for a two-week booking is required to secure any booking. This is non-returnable unless cancelled by welshselfcateringholidays. Full payment is required no later than 6-weeks prior to commencement of booking.  Deposits are required within 10-days of provisional booking, deposits secure bookings. Pets are welcome in all our properties, owners are to keep pets under control and clear up behind them at all times.

All bed linen, towels (bath, hand and tea-towels), gas and electricity are included within the prices quoted.

Parcllwyd Caravan has wet central heating, there are TRV’s on the radiators in the bedrooms which guests can alter to suit their requirements, the radiators in the kitchen and lounge area can’t be altered, please do not try as you could damage them and may incur charges.

There are folders with details on appliance instructions located on the shelf under the television in the caravan. Wi-Fi is available please read our Policy in the Presentation folders in the properties, passwords can be found on the inside of the presentation folder. The speed of the Wifi can’t be guaranteed.

It is the responsibility of the person who is renting the holiday accommodation to ensure that no damage is caused to any fixtures and fittings including all furniture. If an accident occurs it is the person renting the holiday accommodation responsibility to report this to the owner either in writing, by telephone or completing the accident book provided. Any damage caused and not notified will result in additional charges being forwarded to the person/persons renting the holiday accommodation. 

Dogs/pets may not be left in Parcllwyd Caravan unattended. Any damage or soils made by dogs/pets may incur an additional charge for the cleaning. If dogs are crated they can be left in all properties for short periods of time. Please use throws provided to protect seating areas in Parcllwyd Caravan from marks etc.

Owners of dogs/pets are requested to clear up behind their dogs/pets both inside and outside of the holiday accommodation. It is the responsibility of the owners of dogs/pets to keep them under control both inside and outside of the accommodation provided. The owners of the holiday property do not accept any responsibility for other people’s animals.

All rubbish must be put in the wheelie bins provided in tied black sacks. The wheelie bins are not to be moved from their positions for any reason whatsoever.

On departure from the holiday accommodation you are asked to leave it in a clean and tidy state. If it is left in an unacceptable state an additional charges for cleaning will be forwarded.

On the day of departure the person/persons renting the accommodation must vacate by the designated times. On departure you are asked to place all dirty linen and towels in the shower.

You are asked not to smoke in either accommodation, you are welcome to smoke in the gardens, but could you please clear up behind you. Please do not leave any litter lying around the gardens or car park areas.

You will be able to gain access to the caravan from 4pm onwards, and must depart by 9.30am on departure day.

* CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) CANCELLATION TERMS *

Applicable only for bookings where holiday periods fall within a timescale when Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions are in place or the holiday park remains closed or offering greatly restricted facilities. Outside of these restrictions standard terms apply.

Where guests wish to cancel their booking or it is no longer possible for the holiday period to be offered, guests have the option of booking an alternative available date later in the year, or the following year subject to availability. A reduced balance or refund, where a balance has been paid in full, will be provided should the new holiday date chosen be cheaper than the original booking date, likewise, should the new holiday date be more expensive, guests will be required to pay the increased balance or the additional amount where a previous balance has been paid in full, in accordance with the standard balance due period (42 days prior to holiday commencement date).

If an alternative date is not available or a refund is preferred, any monies paid including the initial deposit will be refunded on condition that your holiday period falls within the Coronavirus restrictions timescale.

For cancellations requested for any other reason that may be related to the Coronavirus but falls outside of the restrictions, then the decision remains at the owner's discretion.
