Note these are not allowed on private Decking.  Check in is a simple, from your car security will check your booking details on the entrance, then you use the non contact Key safe at the caravan no more queuing at reception.  Also the "haven Serve" app is great for ordering food booking tables etc

Pet free & smoke free from new.... Deluxe plus 3 bedroom 1 double, and 2 twin all have wardrobe space, two separate toilets one in the large family size bathroom with large shower cubicle, well equipped roomy kitchen with ample cupboards, separate dining area, and large living room with comfy seating area, Freeview 42" LED TV, DVD player, Plus recordable freeview system with over 50 movies stored, Sony PS2, TV in Bedroom, plenty of Games, DVDs, books,some board games etc for your enjoyment, Booking privately with us ensures a quality loved owner Caravan, not a tired over used fleet or business rental.....We stay here at least once a month and ensure our high standards are maintained by our private cleaning company.

The Caravan is perfect for family holidays Set in the lower central quiet Pembroke area of Quay West Holiday Park with fabulous views of the harbour and sea from the living room window!
The pitch is excellent if you want to sit out or BBQ in the sun, No need to squeeze onto a breezy small bit of decking as it has a private sheltered patio area, a fabulous sun trap. plus a grass area to the front of the van, all sunny & south-West facing, you can sit here till the sun sets over the views of the harbour

Play passes are not compulsory but needed to access to pools and Live lounge entertainment area in the evening., they can be purchased at reception, prices  vary  through the season.  Most facilities are available without passes! The Mash and Barrel pub with sun terrace and  quiet pub bar WI FI area serving food, Pappa Johns Pizza,  Coopers Chippy, Supermarket, Off licence, Launderette,  Splash Zone, Park access to the beach through nature trail, 
Some activities have a moderate extra charge  Segways tennis, archery, fencing, chip shot, Park ranger for kids activities through the daytime, Beach Club, Zip wire Tree top climbing experience, football , trampolines etc.We reccomend booking activities for these in advance during peak season. 

We can be flexible on arrival days or short breaks Min deposit of £100 would need to be paid on making your reservation and the final balance no later then 6 weeks prior to your holiday commencing,Cheque or bank transfer is fine However If paying by Paypal please add 5% to the total (sorry their fees) Sorry No Pets.The van is in pristine condition & the pitch is one of the best in the park quiet and central but not too far from the complex, Elevated with fabulous views of the harbour and full sea horizon, Great for watching dolphin pods leaping across the bay, Haven have graded this van as a deluxe plus ...since then we have added further upgrades including new mattresses, built in Freezer,New dishware, Recordable Freeview System 42" TV/DVD system and playstation,TV/DVD in Master Bedroom, Patio furniture, A real sun trap on the large grassed area plus a southwest facing Patio much better than elevated decking as you are out of the breeze.

A £75 Damage Waiver t is charged which will be refunded within 10 days of the end of your holiday providing you leave the caravan in anundamaged &  reasonably clean and tidy condition we provide a vacuum cleaner mop and cleaning products
