Our 2016 privately owned holiday home offers spacious, well presented, luxury family accommodation on Berwick Holiday Park in Berwick-upon-Tweed.

It is fully equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering break away from home and is located on one of Haven's well known 5* Holiday Parks in Northumberland.

Berwick Holiday Park benefits from being just a 10-minute stroll away from the local town centre of Berwick upon Tweed, and with the local train station at the top of the road makes it a perfect location for guests who don't drive or simply prefer to use public transport.

Our spacious 3 bed caravan sleeps up to eight people and offers a distant sea view from our lounge window. It consists of:

Quality home furnishings including electric fire in lounge area; gas cooker; microwave; kettle; toaster; cutlery, pots and pans; TV with Freeview  shower room with wash basin, and a separate toilet with wash basin.

The three bedrooms consist of a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms and there is also a pull-out bed under the main seating area in the lounge, which can sleep 2 people.

Basically our caravan has everything you require for a self-catering holiday or short break away by the sea/beach. 5 minutes away down some steps is the beach.

Booking Terms

How to book your holiday – it’s simple.

We offer Monday to Friday (4 nights) or Friday to Monday (3 nights) breaks, or weekly breaks starting on either a Monday or Friday and on a Saturday wherever possible depending on bookings already taken. Longer breaks can be arranged please ask for availability and prices.

A £75 (non-refundable upon cancellation) deposit is required at the time of booking, which secures your dates. The remaining balance is then due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Please note the owner reserves the right to re-rent the caravan if payment is not received in full by this time unless other arrangements have been made.

A £75 refundable damages and cleaning bond will be added to the final balance, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked and found to be left clean and damage free. Missing items will be charged for.

All we ask is you appreciate our holiday home and treat it as your own therefore leaving it as you found it.

Any late deals or bookings taking place within a six week period will require payment in full at the time of booking (unless arranged otherwise with owner)

Conditions

The caravan is available from the middle of March until the beginning of November.

Arrival time is from 4pm and the caravan must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

No same sex groups (park rules) - this refers to hen/stag parties etc.

STRICTLY NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN OUR CARAVAN!!

Duvets and pillows are provided however you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and toiletries for your stay. Bed linen can be provided for an additional £10 per break, please let me know at your time of booking if required.

Passes for the entertainment complex are available from the Park upon arrival (not included in the hire of caravan).
