Welcome to our modern family holiday home by the sea.

Our caravan is situated in a quiet area very central on one of Havens 5 star holiday parks -  Berwick Holiday Park in Northumberland with a distant sea view from the lounge window.

Caravan is double glazed and central heated throughout so is also great for those out of season breaks in the colder months.

You will find our spacious open plan lounge and kitchen / dining area is great for family get together. You can be cooking up a lovely family dinner whilst also socialising with the family. You will find the kitchen is well equipped with a fridge with small freezer compartment, cooker with hob oven and grill, microwave, toaster and kettle. A dining table is also located in the kitchen area with stool.

Just out of the door of the caravan onto the side decking area you also have outdoor table and chairs to sit out and soak up the British sunshine and relax, or why not dine alfresco on a lovely summers day.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to eight people comfortably. Consists of two twin bedrooms each having two single beds and storage wardrobe. The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and ample storage. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the lounge area sleeping an additional two people.

The caravan has a separate toilet and shower room both with wash basin and radiators.

You will find our caravan has everything you will need to enjoy a self catering break by the sea. With less than a 5 minute walk you can be sat on the beach itself, playing in the sand with your children creating wonderful family memories which can last a lifetime.

There is room to park by the side decking or to the front of the caravan.

Please note we offer accommodation only therefore we do not include passes in any of our prices, you would need to purchase entertainment passes from the park directly if you wish to use the on-site facilities.

Upon booking with us I would be able to register your arrival upto 12 weeks prior to your holiday commencing whereby you would then receive a link directly from Haven giving you the option to purchase the passes upfront if you wished too. You would then be able to enjoy the full Haven experience booking privately. Also you would be able to book tables for the restaurant and swimming sessions etc before even arriving on park giving you peace of mind knowing you have some activities booked prior to your arrival.

If you need any help / advice on any of this I'm always happy to help, more so to make sure your booking runs as smoothly as possible for you.

We offer breaks from a Monday to Friday (4 nights) or a Friday to Monday (3 nights) or weekly commencing on a Monday or Friday. Longer breaks can also be arranged - just ask.

A £100 deposit secures any booking taken (non-refundable upon cancellation).

A £100 refundable damages / housekeeping bond is also payable with your final balance. This is refunded within 7 days from the end of your break once caravan has been checked and found to be left as found (clean and damage free).
