Also, maybe a trip to the Roman City of Chester amphitheatre, walls, shopping, restaurants, world famous Zoo (or even A Day at the Races)!
Or nearer to home, visit the Greenfield Valley Heritage Park, catch a show at Clwyd Theatr Cymru which is the largest producing theatre in Wales or check out the newly opened coastal path, the various activities at the Blue Bell pub in Halkyn, or amble around Mold on a market day.
There are award winning real ale pubs, restaurants, farmers markets and heritage sites within 5 miles. Located adjacent to Halkyn Mountain, 2000 acres of common land for walking, cycling and horse-riding (why not take a picnic?)
