Buggy tours can be provided which last about 1 1/2 hours where you will see the farmlife, wildlife, and highland cows. Available nearby are clay and laser shooting, RSPB visitor centre, golf course and a beautiful sandy beach. There is a local shop, post office, hotel and pub where good food is served. A small drive will take you to Thurso then onto castle of Mey, Rock Rose distillery, then to John O'Groats where you can take a ferry to Orkney.
