Set in the Banwy Valley in the heart of the Snowdonian Mountain Range. 17 miles outside Welshpool.  30mins from the sea side. The nearest pub and convenience store is only 1 1/2 miles away.

Children can spread their wings on the adventure playground or football pitch or outdoor heated swimming pool. (pool is open in the summer) Also a large field to roam around and have fun.

Dog: there is a dedicated dog walks around the site. Also plenty of walks out and around the lanes up into the hills
