Our ABI Windermere 2024 luxury family friendly holiday home sleeps 6, on Penally Court. It comprises of a spacious living and dining area along with a fully fitted kitchen, complete with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of storage space.

With two Decking area (front and side) with Rattan Furniture.

We have a fantastic stunning view of tenby from the front window at day and even better at night.

Separate to the living area are the bedrooms and 2 bathroom. The main bedroom has a king size  bed, on suite WC, walk in wardrob and vanity area.

The  twin bedroom has plenty of storage space and wardrobes.

The bathrooms have a large modern shower cubicle with thermostatic power shower.

Our luxurious caravan benefits from a king size bed and double glazing, central heating, luxury carpet, contemporary furnishings, Digital smart  TV and thermal performance insulation.

Outside of the caravan you will find a large Paved area with a garden bench also seated storage boxes.

The caravan looks out onto a hedged grass area allowing you the opportunity to see birds and wildlife going about their daily business. Whilst also giving you a sense of space and privacy.   There is also a parking available on the road by the caravan.

All amenities at both Penally court and Kiln park requires an Entertainment pass at cost, this can be purchased at the reception in Kiln Park, or be arranged through ourselves with plenty of notice prior to your holiday with us.

Penally Court is a unique site, providing you with the "best of both worlds". At Penally Court you will find a quiet yet respected site with outdoor heated pool, children's park, playing field, launderette, lounge with pool table, dart board and other games. Allowing you to have the peace and tranquillity required for a well-earned holiday. Our caravan is situated within the beautiful surroundings of the Welsh Coast, which is just a short walk from the caravan.

On the other hand, if you want to get involved with the holiday activities and entertainment that are available at Kiln Park's main site then you are able to do so (*entertainment passes required).  A shuttle service is available between parks (2 mins drive) up to complex close which is approximately midnight.

There are local amenities available immediately such as a train station, public house, restaurant, service station and a small shop.  However, Tenby hosts a larger scope of amenities and is only a few minutes’ drive away.

If you enjoy walking then, Tenby is just a short distance east, along the beach. With Manor bier to the west, along the coastal path.

If you want to visit attractions such as Oakwood Park, Folly Farm, Pembroke castle etc then our caravan is ideally situated to visit, as they are within a 20-30 minute drive, along with many more.

NB:  Thinking of holidaying with family or friends?  We have the opportunity to book a second caravan for you upon availability - a Caravan (Penally Court 50A, sleeps 8). located conveniently in front of our caravan at Penally.  Dates, photos and costs available on request.

Booking and Deposit

We will send you an electronic booking form and a full copy of our Terms and Conditions, please return along with £80 +  £50 which secures your booking and is deducted form holiday cost and £80 Security Refundable damage deposit, this will be returned to you immediately after the caravan has been inspected following your departure.

Full balance to be paid 6 weeks before start date of holiday.

Prices vary depending on the time of year. 3-4-7 nights stay available.

7, 4 & 3 night breaks available. Fri-Fri, Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon.
