The Caravan is a 35ft x12ft 2002 Atlas Super which is located on pitch K8 South Park. This is a well presented caravan that is perfectly located to appreciate all that Sandy Bay holiday park has to offer and is just 100 yards away from the secluded beach.

The lounge has a gas fire, flat screen tv with freeview dvd and ipod docking station., The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, fridge with small freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and a full inventory of cutlery, crockery and glassware. WC with shower and basin. For your convenience we have also provided a steam iron, vacuum cleaner. Gas and electricity and duvets and pillows are provided and bed linen and towels are not. 

Park Information
Unwind in wide open spaces, on long sandy beaches or explore grand castles and charming market towns. Northumberland has many areas of outstanding natural beauty including the Cheviot Hills and from the park you can enjoy spectacular cliff top views of the sandy beach. Sandy Bay has beautiful views out to sea, as well as some pretty landscaping and it's very own Lake. Splash around in the indoor pool, have a game of darts or take the kids to see Sparky and his Krew for lots of laughter and games! In the evening, visit the Boathouse bar for a drink, then into the Beach Showbar for quizzes and games, spectacular shows and lots of dancing!

LETTING TERMS & CONDITIONS
[breach of these terms and conditions may forfeit the damage/breach of conditions bond]

1. A £75 deposit and booking form will be required to complete the transaction; the deposit becomes a damage/breach of conditions bond on payment of the full hire fee and will be refunded a few days after the holiday has finished, provided the caravan is left in the same clean condition as found in and no damage/breach of letting terms is observed; should damage/breach occur, the owners decision is final. 
2. Full payment of the hire fee is required 6 weeks before the holiday. If under 6 weeks to the start of the holiday, the full rental plus the damage/breach of conditions bond will be required with the booking. Should the holiday be cancelled, every effort will be made to relet the holiday and any rental thus received will be refunded to the original hirer less a £30 administration fee. 
3. The owner reserves the right, without notice or refund of deposit, to cancel any bookings not paid on time. 
4. The owner reserves the right to exclude anyone found to have damaged the caravan, without any refund of rental. This is at the sole discretion of the owner. 
5. The site reserves the right to exclude anyone breaking any site rule, or causing damage, disturbance or similar. There will be no right to a refund from either the site or the caravan owner in such circumstances. 
6. Single sex bookings, or bookings whose leader is under 21, are not normally accepted. 
7. No animals are allowed in the caravan.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited in or around the caravan - it is the hirers responsibility to ensure compliance with this rule. 
9. For Health & Safety reasons, gas fire only to be used during the day when caravan occupied and turned off while sleeping [In cold weather, electric heating may be left on]. 
10. Please note that the hirer/lead member of the party must live and sleep in the caravan throughout the period of the booking, unless party leave early. 
11. The party must leave, and return the keys, by 10:00 on the last day booked, failure to do so may make the party liable to an additional charge and/or loss of bond

Enjoy spectacular cliff top views of the sandy beach or take a stroll along the nearby River Wansbeck. A drive along the coast brings you to wide open sandy beaches, pretty seaside towns and ancient castles.

On the Park, it’s fun for everyone! Splash around in the indoor swimming pool, challenge the family to a game of pool or darts, or enjoy a walk around the Koi Carp Lake. In the evening, enjoy a delicious meal or a relaxing drink in the Boathouse Bar & Restaurant before going on to The Beach Showbar for a sparkling line up of entertainment.
